The function that throws the error is supposed to set actor values on a linked ref chain of actors. It starts with the root reference, but this is not an actor but a marker.

Fixing the root marker issue eliminates one actor value error and the 'Cannot call EvaluatePackage()' error. The remaining erros are thrown when the script tries to set an actor value on a leveled actor!
