FS#21506 - Far Harbor Dima Quest Completed but Dima Holotapes are still stuck in inventory

I somehow completed the Far Harbor quest related to Dima before finding all of the Dima holotapes, and although the quest has been completed the holotapes that I did find are stuck in my inventory as active quest items.

Any materials related to completed quests should be something you can drop.

I put in another task, I have a similar issue related to the Eddie Winter holotapes.

To help confirm this bug, I'm 99% sure (because I had a similar frustration) that I retrieved all 5 holotapes, and after the quest was over, I couldn't discard them from my inventory. IIRC, Dima took one of them during the course of the quest, so I have 4 left that are stuck in my inventory.

Completely agree with the principle here, items related to completed quests should be discardable. I believe there's a handful of items like this in my inventory - if this is addressable, I'll check what else I have.

Much appreciated. I went through my inventory and found some other things that are really not or no longer are quest items, but think they are:

* mass fusion executive id
* vault 75 access cards
* early on I was exploring a lab that had a machine for making power armor components with an experimental 'piezonucleic' coating. I did the quest to scrounge around to find everything I needed and did make a power armor chest. There was no hint or confirmation (and no extra required materials found in the many hours of play since) that I could make anything else; yet cobalt, gallium, gold, tungsten, hydrocloric acid, and lithium hydride are stuck in my inventory.

To be clearer, these are containers of the materials under "Misc," they aren't actual usable materials in a workshop sense.

You can get rid of two of the Cambridge Polymer Labs samples by putting them back in the slots of the manufacturing machine.

Good tip about the samples, but they should still all be changed to droppable after the quest is over. Those are stuck in my inventory too.
